I managed RSVPs, corresponded with the attendees regarding schedule updates, trained the program team on Zoom host capabilities, coordinated program team volunteers, acted as the point of contact for A/V support for the conference, created customized materials to facilitate the event's management, and more.- managed three one-week 70+ meeting conferences held in February, April and May 2019 with UW Medicine stakeholders.- scheduled interviews with candidates and the UW Medicine leadership team; assisted with the onboarding of new hires and contractors.- managed the Program Director and Physician Program Director's calendars, scheduling numerous ongoing meetings on their behalf with UW Medicine ITS leadership and UW Medicine stakeholders.- supported the move of the 150+ team members from downtown Seattle to South Lake Union in November 2019, including creating new operational processes to support the program team and its requests. I then collaborated with the ITS Operations Manager and HR Director to coordinate the move of the 150+ person team from South Lake Union to downtown Seattle in May 2019. This included distributing email communications, determining seating chart based on feedback from project managers, and organizing with a third-party vendor to ensure successful transfer of team members' items to their future desk spaces.
