Michelle joined Peak Living in August 2020. As Director of Revenue Management Michelle oversees multiple platforms designed to drive revenue and assists with onsite operations. Michelle began her career in property management in 1992 as a leasing agent in Fairbanks Alaska. Once she got a taste for property management, she quickly advanced to becoming a Property Manager within 2 years. Her family relocated to Las Vegas in 1995 and this is where Michelle began to make a name for herself in the industry.She managed multiple Lease-Up properties for National companies such as Alliance, Greystar, and Fairfield. Michelle was promoted to Regional Manager in 2006 where she helped make Fairfield one of the top Management Companies in the Las Vegas Market and successfully managed 9 lease-ups during the 2009 recession. It was during this time Michelle served multiple terms on the Nevada Apartment Association Board of Directors where she was highly active in community programs such as the Multi-Family Crime Free Housing program organized in conjunction with the Las Vegas Metro Police department. In 2011 Michelle was promoted to Asset Manager where she oversaw portfolios in AZ, NV, and CA. In 2014 Michelle was recruited by Realpage as a Pricing Advisor where she oversaw and managed the revenue growth for assets located in multiple markets. Michelle’s role at Realpage enabled her to use her extensive property management background while working both with the on-site teams as well as the ownership groups. Michelle has always had a passion for training and prides herself on building strong teams that are empowered to produce positive results.
