I was in charge of Project Controls processes for cost management, forecasting, analysis and master schedule coordination for the refinery's rolling 5-year project plan. I worked closely with Project Managers and Planners to generate budget planning, forecasting and analysis reporting utilizing project controls processes, methodologies, systems and tools.I had a successful track record of working on complex capital and expense projects with multiple stakeholders. I managed risk and optimized processes to ensure projects were completed on-time and within budget. I developed project plans, work breakdown structures, schedules, cost estimates, and reports that accurately reflected the status and progress of projects. I provided project controls and management support through entire project lifecycle, planning through execution, collaborating with Project Managers, Planners and the Field Execution team.I identified cost reduction opportunities, resolved challenges and provided analysis using Primavera P6, Analytics, and PowerBI dashboard reporting software. My experience in these tools enabled me to effectively analyze and report on project progress, spend curves, budgets, and timelines. Performance metrics and variance analysis reports were shared with multiple departments to ensure collaboration and information accuracy. I helped the Operations department Leadership team with their strategy to streamline and improve current processes within the organization. I provided guidance in the implementation of change management, process mapping, process optimization, process governance, training, and development in alignment with corporate standards. Through analysis and data gathering, I created reports for budget and forecast tracking, including dashboards and PowerBI reports.I led the implementation of a new Operator log program, developed training documentation, and provided coaching and training to ensure success. I performed monthly field audits throughout the refinery and processing units identifying areas for process improvements. I also worked with multi-disciplinary teams and visited other refineries to collaborate on process and program improvements.With my additional skills as an SAP Super User, I provided program support and expertise for Operations and Maintenance on SAP maintenance processes. I created training documentation and provided coaching support to the teams. I also provided turnaround event support with new process implementation, work order alignment and scheduling coordination to both Operations and Maintenance.

In this role, I led a project to convert existing work orders to a new SAP database and restructure all facility maintenance plans. I developed a new streamlined workflow and created comprehensive training documentation to ensure successful implementation of the new processes.I worked with refinery Supervisors and Engineers to identify areas of improvement, risk rank and prioritize Maintenance Plans, create Single Cycle and Strategy plans, and align with enterprise standards. I worked with multi-disciplinary teams improving processes across multiple departments ensuring alignment and providing coaching and training on process changes.
