The Operations Manager oversees the operational and project management activities of FULLER Equip in service of Fuller Seminary’s mission to provide indispensable formational education to diverse Christian leaders everywhere. The Operations Manager collaborates closely with various members of the Equip team to bring a focused, organized, and disciplined approach to ensure effective and efficient processes and workflow–including the design and improvement of new systems and processes.

Run the day-to-day operations of the “DYM Pipeline,” the system that takes a resource submitted by a youth worker through an editing/publishing process, eventually making this resource available for sale in the DYM store for a 50/50 royalty split with the author.

Communicate the vision to reach, develop, and empower church members to love the community, supervised staff team in carrying out their responsibilities to achieve our mission

• Coach, equip, and support volunteer leaders and their teams to be effective as they pursue their passion for community outreach efforts, including people experiencing homelessness, anti-human trafficking, active-duty and veteran military, and international students. • Coordinate special projects through mobilizing volunteers and collaborating with internal staff departments/ partners• Designed internships to accomplish both our team goals and the intern's personal development, and provided supervision and mentorship to foster growth

•Promoted student success and provided accurate advising information to the student body alongside a team of eight student paraprofessionals. •Discussion facilitator, community builder, student advisor, and personal resource to incoming undeclared students in a First Year Seminar course. •Counseled students on major and course selection, registration processes, and utilizing personal strengths.
