Tullier Consulting, LLC (dba Careers Uncomplicated) is an independent career counseling practice working with clients on complex issues of career decision-making, career transition, and career management. Experienced writers and editors of resumes, cover letters, bios, and LinkedIn profiles. Our practice is national, with clients in all time zones across the U.S., and occasionally international. All sessions are on Zoom. Involves corralling major amounts of content, quickly grasping the objectives of the book and the author, and designing creative, strategic outlines (table of contents).

Leadership role with the Office of Undergraduate Education, providing vision and strategic direction to the Center for Career Discovery and Development ("C2D2"), which serves undergraduates from the six colleges within Georgia Tech, along with graduate students in selected programs. Oversaw team of 20+ with three directors and a staff of career advisors, employer relations professionals, graduate and pre-professional school advising (pre-health, pre-law, pre-teaching), data analysis and IT professionals, and administrators. Responsible for the Center's finance and operations. Directed the experiential education program (co-ops, internships) and career education outreach.Developed and/or oversaw data- and mission-driven initiatives, including: *Career Wellness (reducing negative stress and unhealthy competition around career planning and job search). *Career Communities (building relationships with faculty and academic staff to collaborate on major-specific programming for students, particularly in the liberal arts, design, and sciences).*An LGBTQIA Resource Center / C2D2 alliance. *A robust Campus Closet for students needing business attire. *Expansion of our Corporate Partners Program, as well as the range of employers recruiting at GT, such as increasing opportunities with small companies and start-ups. *Early adopter of an AI chat bot for the Center’s website.As a member of the Honors Program faculty, designed and taught a multi-disciplinary two-credit course on purposeful work, as well as the first-year experience seminar.
