Never having a clear answer to, "What do you want to be when you grow up?" as a kid and watching the adults in my life dutifully head off to jobs that never seemed to get them too excited may have been what initially sparked my interest in Professional Development. I recognized early on that "work" was a big part of our personal identity and how we spend a large portion of our time. Helping people make decisions for their professional success based on their natural strengths, values and passions is what motivates me in my "work". Starting my career in sales and customer service roles I quickly learned to adapt my approach and communication to address the individual needs of the client. Always curious and asking questions, I enjoy getting to the root cause of people's choices. This genuine inquisitiveness and desire to help people led me to success as a salesperson and later as a sales team leader. The most rewarding part of my sales career was in recruiting, training and leading teams of sales professionals.
