My experience in education has helped me to develop an excellent understanding of technology and the importance of the analysis of the wealth of data which it provides. I am self starter who is able to work effectively both collaboratively and independently. During my time in the classroom I became highly skilled in analyzing and validating data to help make informed decisions to increase chances of student success. I see the true value that technology has to offer when it is properly used and implemented. I love what I do because the information that data provides allows my students to reach higher levels of success resulting in higher self esteem, student engagement and overall success.When I am not hard at work I enjoy learning new skills and hobbies with online videos and tutorials. Dollar Tree store holiday and seasonal crafts are my favorites! I also enjoy listening to podcasts about affiliate marketing and financial forecasts. When I am daring enough I try out new Tik Tok recipes that are a bit more challenging than making cake from a box.
