I write and host pop culture themed trivia every other Wednesday at Hidden Gem and once monthly at Schlafly Bottleworks in St. Louis, Missouri. My mission is to create fun and engaging experiences that fill a gap in the market for trivia aimed at female and LGBTQIA+ audiences. In addition to event production, I also handle all artwork, design, social media and marketing. I design a wide variety of print and web materials including editorial and advertorial layouts, advertising, email marketing campaigns, event branding, signage, and contracts. My duties include managing social media accounts, daily website maintenance and management, photography, styling, and photo re-touching. I work in tandem with editors, sales representatives, and clients.Additionally, I regularly contribute articles with a focus on the local culinary scene and haveco-hosted weekly episodes of The Sauce Podcast since September 2023.

Creature Type is my line of illustrated paper goods and accessories. I make and sell original artwork, illustration prints, handmade jewelry, accessories, fabric, and more. Recent illustration clients include Unigroup, Cincinnati Magazine, BUST Magazine, CourseCraft, Lulu’s Local Eatery, and ALIVE Magazine. Workman Publishing published my book, Boss Babes: A Coloring and Activity Book for Grown-Ups, in September 2016.

My responsibilities included preflight, design, editing, revision, and printing for a wide rangeof marketing materials including packaging, in-store signage, book covers, business cards, andposters. In addition to working directly with clients and service bureau, I coordinated color printschedules and maintained efficient workflow in the art department.

This short-term contracted position required contribution to brainstorms, client meetings, fast-paced branding and intensive collateral demands for high profile clients and internal corporate needs. I designed and illustrated for a wide array of printed and web materials.

I was responsible for designing magazine layouts, illustrations, photo correction, assisting photoshoots, photo re-touching and styling in the fashion, food, and lifestyle departments. I comfortably handled multiple projects simultaneously and communicated clearly with groups of professionals.
