As Senior Event Coordinator, manage a five member team in order to design, coordinate, and execute a fully serviced event. Manage the vendors and rentals for each event. Ensure adequate staffing of all events. Complete payroll for the team.As General Manager of the Los Angeles Commissary, maintain the County of Los Angeles Public Health permits and main spokesperson during County Officer inspections. Ensure the proper maintenance of the equipment and train staff on food handling guidelines. Control inventory of products and goods for each event while maintaining a strict budget.
