As Executive Assistant to the Director of Human Resources at Worth & Company I am tasked with supporting and collaborating on the creation a lot big ideas. Our ultimate goal is to improve training, retention and the professional development of the entire Worth team. I also support recruiting efforts as needed and do a multitude of other things under the HR umbrella.I graduated from Penn State University in May 2022 with a Bachelor's degree in Advertising and Public Relations, where I gained valuable experience in creating and executing engaging campaigns for different audiences and platforms.
