Career Development Program for manager in training

I worked at Greenwood Health and Living as a therapy aid for the Lifespan Therapy. While working there I copied and filed patient records/paperwork, patient care, cleaned the therapy room after the day was over. I also did home visits to patient's houses, to make sure everything was safe for when they go home.

While working at PCS Mobile Solutions I had a variety of task that I was put in charge of. I opened and closed the store, which included picking up and dropping off deposits. In opening the store I would count the register to make sure the proper amount was in the drawer, and I would also make sure the store was clean. I would work with customers to help them find the best phone. This included lifestyle questioning, overcoming objectives, and creating a sense of urgency. I would also help disgruntled customers resolve issues with their phone or bill.
