Receiving and processing emergency and non-emergency intake calls for various accounts and customers throughout the state of Georgia, dispatching and monitoring 20-50 EMS units at a time out of 11 statewide stations via a CAD system and GPS tracker, tracking flights and scheduling ground transportation, completion of reports, communication with various divisions of the company, public law enforcement and/or safety groups.

Supervision and training of 1-5 employees at a time, receiving and processing intake calls, dispatching and monitoring 1-20 EMS units at a time, resolution of client/customer/insurance issues, completion of reports and variances to account for responsibility of late calls, communication with various divisions of the company, public law enforcement and/or safety groups.

Processed incoming calls and took messages for various companies of emergent/non-emergent status; including the American Red Cross during the aftermath of 09/11 as well as the Secret Service Treasury Department. Supervised 5-10 employees per shift, kept detailed logs on call traffic, scheduled appointments and prioritized emergency paging for various clients.
