Competent with mechanical, avionics and weapons servicing, preventative maintenance and test equipment for a range of four harrier aircraft GR7/GR9/T10/T12.I co-ordinated the training and development office for 18 months helping mentor, train and develop new and existing members of the squadron. Part of my role would be to carry out the inductions, basic training on the electrical and mechanical systems and in-house computer systems. I would also carry out yearly appraisals and reviews on performance to ensure all squadron members had a targeted career path.
