I would design and deliver the training courses to suit the customer needs and project manage any service requests, liaising with all departments internal and external. Constant travel worldwide to assist customers and delivery first class training, thriving to meet each business specific need.

Team member/Team Leader of maintenance and scheduled repairs to Harrier aircraft. Sharing trade knowledge and experience with colleagues enabling trainees to become valuable assets quickly. Undertaking difficult fault-finding diagnosis and carrying out extensive repairs on all avionics and weapons systems. Competent with mechanical, avionics and weapons servicing, preventative maintenance and test equipment for a range of four harrier aircraft GR7/GR9/T10/T12.I co-ordinated the training and development office for 18 months helping mentor, train and develop new and existing members of the squadron. Part of my role would be to carry out the inductions, basic training on the electrical and mechanical systems and in-house computer systems. I would also carry out yearly appraisals and reviews on performance to ensure all squadron members had a targeted career path.
