Chief Marketing Officer
CurrentAs Chief Marketing Officer, I provide leadership to the VMS Sales, Marketing, and Customer Relations teams. I work to develop sales and marketing strategies that establish VMS as a leader in the Custom-Printed Graphics industry to meet projected shipment volumes and growth per our strategic plan. My responsibilities include defining target markets, industries, prospects, and leads through market research and the creation of ideal customer profiles and buyer personas. I oversee sales objectives and manage sales pipelines, budgets, and projections for all markets and direct sales team efforts to meet annual goals.I manage all communications, public relations, multi-channel marketing/advertising campaigns, and the company's lead generation efforts through inbound and outbound marketing initiatives. I work with my team to determine the quality of leads to close new business, and also to nurture existing customer relationships to meet objectives for long-term stability and growth.As a member of the Executive Leadership team, I work to promote the company’s mission and grow our vision, values, and goals by developing strategic plans, policies, and operating procedures. In addition, I develop sales and marketing strategies to support these goals for maximum profitability. I encourage a positive customer experience by providing reliable service, responsiveness, and personal attention that demonstrates a commitment to deliver on our ultimate goal of customer satisfaction.Additional leadership: Event Committee, IT Steering Committee, Safety Committee, and ERP Selection Committee.VMS is a leader in supplying high-quality, custom-printed graphics that improve our customers' branding through fleet graphics, branded apparel and promotional products, custom signage, product identification, and industrial equipment overlays, labels, and decals. Enterprise Customers include Lincoln Electric, Stryker Medical, Enterprise Fleet Management, and Rockwell Automation.
