Michelle joined Make more than a decade ago and began her career in the UK, where she worked on projects across Europe. She was instrumental in establishing Make’s Sydney studio in 2016, where she now resides. Today, she is the project lead for the practice’s restoration of the Education Building in Sydney’s iconic Sandstone Precinct. The historic state-listed structure has been sensitively transformed into one of the world’s finest grand hotels, and will soon open its doors as Capella Sydney.Michelle has worked across a wide range of sectors including retail, high-end residential, office, hotels, heritage, and education and research. She is currently working on Chatswood Chase: a transformational project for North Sydney’s largest retail centre.
