During my time as Sales Director at Anzen Health, I had the privilege of working with healthcare leaders and executives to optimize their supply procurement processes. The COVID-19 pandemic added a new level of excitement and urgency to this work, and I found it both extremely challenging and rewarding.Together with my team, we were able to help procure and manufacture millions of pandemic-related supplies for government hospitals in the United States. As the founder of AIZOME, I believe that textiles have the potential to do more than just avoid harm; they can actually improve our health and well-being. That's why we're dedicated to creating innovative dyeing methods that produce textiles with lasting health benefits. Using crowdfunding, we were able to launch the company and reach a valuation of 2.25 million USD in just one year after launching. Since then, we've patented significant parts of our technology, been recognized by the National Eczema Association for our innovation in improving quality of life, and sold to customers in 40 countries, including end consumers, hotels, and care facilities. In 2020, we established a subsidiary in Europe, and in 2022, we published a peer-reviewed research paper on the skin healing benefits of our dye in collaboration with researchers from the University of Cambridge. We also partnered with Serviceplan to launch WASTECARE, a PR campaign that promotes our wastewater as a skincare product to raise awareness of alternative manufacturing methods that produce less waste. I also led the initative of setting up a new, innovative 500 sqm office workspace and 800 sqm medical device warehouse for our Tokyo team.Through my leadership, I was able to increase the company's Net Promoter Score from -40 to 35 in just three years, demonstrating my ability to provide exceptional service and engage effectively with customers.In addition, I successfully prepared the rollout of a new CT scanning unit that enabled innovative Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS) Parkinson treatments. As part of an image campaign, I produced videos that helped increase the number of applicants to the company.Overall, my team and me had the honor to make significant contributions to the company's success and growth.
