I wake up each morning with the purpose of guiding individuals toward their full potential, so they can be fulfill both personally and professionally! I analyse each situation objectively and pragmatically. Make sure to find the real objective for each person or company. Then, find a creative but practical solution to achieve their true potential/objective. I truly believe each person have the potential to be great, we just need to find our true path! What I do exactly? I coach, help, guide, support entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs in private consultation, manage my own company, invest my time for non-profit organisations and educate my son to become an active respectful member of society. My personal and professional life is base on three principals: Respect, Trust & Accountability.I respect myself and everyone else around me. I treat people, as I would like to be treated.I trust people 100% right from the beginning of the relationship, as I believe there is no good reason to lie. It is not what you say but how you say it that is important. Therefore, my trust is for you to lose.However, I do not believe in excuses, everyone is 100% responsible for their actions. Therefore, if you disrespect me or misuse my trust, be ready to deal with the consequences. At the end of the day, let us be nice and help each other succeed; whatever success means to you!.
