Network governanceOperation governance of the sub-contractor responsible for the LAN network operation. Supervision of the third party daily activities to ensure that its services were delivered in accordance to the expectations, contractual agreements, deadlines and operational standards.OperationResponsible for the architecture and operation of the Bombardier Aerospace WAN network (28 international sites linked with IP VPN services with QoS based on MPLS). Main resource for: architecture, deployment, migration, budget, invoicing and daily operation of the WAN. Also involved with support of the global LAN and wireless network, and critical corporate applications and services.

Delivery of network projects. Support of more than 500 Banyan Vines and Microsoft NT servers for major clients like: National Defense Ministry, Montreal school board, Téléglobe and others. Responsible for the certification of the Sidus servers under the Banyan Vines network operating system.
