Serving as the legal representative for the European Center, I've established direct market entities, managed banking relationships, and ensured compliance with Medical Device ISO 13485 standards certified by BSI. My role includes inventory management, budgeting, technology implementation, quality assurance, and financial oversight. I've played a pivotal role in creating, hiring, and training talented teams across various departments. With a focus on continuous change management, I've guaranteed service levels, optimized finances, and transformed our center from a cost to a profit entity. Additionally, I've managed HR matters, focusing on staff performance, customer satisfaction, and successfully overseeing the company's move to new facilities without operational disruptions.

From the outset, my primary focus was brand management, involving the development of our brand and products. I crafted the core international marketing and sales strategies, oversaw recruitment, and managed day-to-day business operations, culminating in the successful launch of our e-commerce platform. This journey involved leading a diverse team of permanent employees, ranging from marketers, field sales representatives, account managers, and online marketing specialists to customer support, accounts, and logistics professionals.My responsibilities extended to expanding our business footprint, establishing robust and lasting relationships with key accounts and partners in the assigned territory. This included navigating various markets, such as duty-free and travel environments, distributors, and agents.Neo had achieved a remarkable presence, with products available in over 2,200 outlets throughout the Benelux region and an additional 10,000 outlets across 12 European countries. Our distribution network spanned a variety of retail avenues, from selected stores and tobacco specialists to supermarkets and gas stations.Moreover, our success was underscored by our exclusive distribution partnerships in prominent regions including Belgium, Netherlands, France, Germany-Austria, Spain-Portugal, Italy, Morocco, Lithuania, the Middle East, and beyond.
