With over two decades of experience in executive leadership, I specialize in inclusive leadership within both faith organizations and the marketplace. I recently earned my doctorate in inclusive leadership from Pacific School of Religion and have a MA in Global Leadership from Fuller Theological Seminary. As a consultant at The Resonance, I partner with religious, educational, and non-profit organizations, assisting them in implementing strategies, developing strong leaders, managing change, and leveraging technology. My approach goes beyond compliance, helping these organizations embrace diversity and inclusion as core values and fostering authentic change.In addition to my role at The Resonance, I serve as the Director of Operations at Transmission Ministry Collective, overseeing all aspects of operations, logistics, and facilities. I lead a team of staff and volunteers across administration, HR, IT, and volunteer coordination, focusing on process optimization and cost reduction while supporting Transmission Ministry's mission.
