During my time at Wilsons I worked mainly on two large PPP project, run completely through Revit, the new Cork and Limerick Criminal Courts. My main responsibilities included • Maintaining the central architectural model. Performing regular audits and cleanups of the sharing the model with other disciplines within the project• The continued development of the model, editing and creating families sourcing specific product families for use in the model, the creation of curtain walls cladding systems and site elements• Coordinating with other disciplines to identify and solve clashes. This was done through the use of BIM 360 Glue and Field and developing a good working relationship with the other disciplines. • The preparation of tender packs and construction drawings before deadlines, developing and working out details, and uploading and tracking of all documents through the use of Business Collaborator. • Reviewing of varying sub-contractor shop drawings, including glazing, pre-cast, joinery and steel fabrication.• Uploading and sharing of documents to the common data environment (CDE) During my time at Wilsons I have also had to divide my time when it was required between these main projects and other large scale commercial, pharma and housing projects.

Headed a team of ten bar staff, three door staff and ten Dj's in two city center bars.As manager i was responsible for the running of these bars and the growth of the business. I was solely responsible for the promotion of the bars through social media and print media, controlling budgets and achieving targets.I was also responsible for stock control and implemented strict stock control measures.I was required to have a high level of familiarity with employment law and its implementation when dealing with staff.

As a member of this small but ambitious firm, which specialised in the construction of highly insulated and energy efficient timber frame houses, i worked in many roles within both the design team and construction team.As CAD Technician i would receive designs from Architects and would compile a set of approval drawings for the client ensuring the design complied with all TGD's.I was responsible for the production of the panel drawings used in the manufacture of the building, using the CAD biased software Conosultec Framing. It was also my duty to engineer floor and roof trusses ensuring the correct loads were Taken into account. Floor trusses were also designed to allow for the easy installation of services like ventilation systems.I was involved in the PSDP from an early stage identifying hazards which may arise from design or organisational aspects of the projects and where possible eliminating or reducing hazards or risks.On-site i was responsible for setting out and overseeing construction of Kingspan Supergrund insulated foundations, correct location of services, liaising with Structural Engineer and using robotic total station to ensure millimeter accuracy.It was also my duty on-site to oversee the erection of the timber frame panels in the correct sequence to ensure accuracy and speed of construction and also to guarantee maximum levels of air-tightness.Finally i was also responsible for the planning and installation of HRV systems.

Surveying sites for one off dwellings, housing estates and commercial developments using a Korec Robotic total station and GPS total station, and production of detailed site drawings.Setting out of sites, including foundation locations, paths, kerbs, services and boundaries.Surveying of brown field sites, both private and commercial, for the purpose of redevelopment.
