With over 17 years of experience in customer service, sales, and quality management, I am a leader who strives to ensure the highest standards of integrity, satisfaction, and efficiency in the online healthcare sector. My mission is to protect and enhance the trust and reputation of jameda, Germany's largest online platform for finding and booking doctors. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I have worked in various roles and domains, such as banking, dialogue, and support.As the Head of Content Integrity at jameda, I led the quality management team, both professionally and disciplinarily, and ensured the integrity of doctor reviews according to the terms of use and legal regulations. I developed a legally secure approach to combat reviews bought by doctors, introduced new guidelines and consistent moderation that protect against hate speech, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, and managed the user-friendly and legally secure migration of 3 million reviews to Docplanner. I also contributed to the successful outcome of the 2021 Federal Court of Justice decision that confirmed the legal right to list all doctors on jameda. I leveraged my analytical skills and knowledge of OKRs, Salesforce Service Cloud, and other tools to define and measure goals, optimize processes, support change initiatives, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
