CurrentTech lead for the Security Experiences team under the Digital Identity & Authentication organization at PayPalBuilding next-gen security experiences for 400M+ global active users, focused on maintaining a strong account security posture by implementing user-friendly authentication processes and leveraging Risk data to keep users protected from fraudulent activity and ATO vectorsDriving crucial fraud risk mitigation initiatives, maintaining regulatory compliance by satisfying SCA (strong customer authentication) requirements, and architecting modular and co-branded Risk-as a-service security experiences as part of multi-tenancy support initiatives for PayPal and its subsidiaries (Venmo, Xoom, Zettle)- Two-factor authentication enrollment & login- Stepup authentication flow- Face scan, tethered ID, card scan, and various biometric challenges- Silent network authentication via Twilio integration- Brand refresh (Quantum Leap)- Password recovery- Passwordless authentication - Passkey login & web settings enrollments- Secure recovery flows for compromised accounts- Consumer & merchant security settings- Phone confirmation
