As Product manager for the touroperator Flowtrack Bvba I am responsible for anything about my product. Some of my tasks:o Marketing online and offline as well the sales (individual and groups).o Negotiating contracts and communication with partners and clients of groups.o Selecting 200 people to work for us during summer and train them.o Determine what we have to purchase regarding the inventory of Flowtrack and organize the logistic part to the locations (from BE to FR and ES)o Making head planning for the summer of the Atlantic coast destinations (8) to make it as low cost and logic as possible.o During the summer I spend 3 – 4 months on the destination to get everything in line. Coaching, delegating and controlling the crew. Orders with partners, administration and finance are a fix bloc in my schedule. Product quality is always priority so a big part of my job is quality control: food, activities, crew, accommodation, happiness of the guests, etc. Problem solving and efficient work is inherent to my job as the high season only lasts 2 months. If there is any time left I look for new opportunities, destinations, innovation…o 24/7 attainable and head of (possible) crisis situations.o Organizing Event weeks from a marketing point of view. o Season Evaluation and setting out new course and company values / policy.o This job is very similar to Event management
