Involved in integration and delivery of Libertyglobal’s backoffice related software to various countries through continuous integration and delivery (CICD). Additional involvement in a new project focusing at consolidating existing OTT (Ziggo Go) and third-party platforms into the existing microservices-related platform with the extension of new microservices. In this initiative, OTT applications were replaced with a new client platform based on Flutter/Dart, streamlining maintenance related to multiple back-office strategies. This involved collaboration with developers and architects from both the client and back-office teams to establish the actual design and architecture based on LGI's product requirements.

In my role as a component owner, I was responsible for a critical backend component at Liberty Global, specifically focused on mobile device-related video and other OTT communication. This integral element, known as the Online Enterprise Service Platform (OESP), features an underlying platform designed for OTT mobile devices, based on a multi-service monolithic architecture.Collaborating closely with the Video Backoffice Architecture & Engineering team, the efforts were guided toward creating new solutions in the new advanced micro-service architectures, with the OESP serving as the central component in the OTT area. My primary responsibility involves ensuring alignment with product requirements, cost-effective delivery of new features for the OESP. This meant detailed technical discussions with third-party suppliers and overseeing the platform's development delivery to guarantee the tight delivery process.

Our collaboration with TU-Delft and Umincorp (Rotterdam) progressed in the formation of a joint venture, UMC Machinery, consolidating all MDS engineering activities. Over those past three years, we’ve led a small team dedicated to the advancing MDS technology. Involved in leading projects in automation/control and the electrical domain as well as the establishment of a development environment for specific sensors, essential in large-scale MDS systems.

Founded Dimaen in 2014, creating the foundation for the company’s core principles. Dimaen was established to develop specific magnetic technologies, with initial focus on developing a seed separator based on Magnetic Density Separation (MDS) technology. Initially created by TU-Delft, our close collaboration have further evolved this innovative technique.

In my work as a Solutions Architect, I was responsible for designing and specifying customer-driven architectures based on SeaChange products, creating solutions to address specific customer questions and requirements.Contribution in my role involved collaborating closely on an LGI/Ziggo project, where I designed a substantial portion of the network nPVR functionality (pvr proxy) for a new platform. This collaborative effort with Alcatel-Lucent and LGI resulted in the integration of this nPVR functionality as a fundamental component of the Ziggo Horizon platform. In another project for Telenet, we delivered specific solutions to enhance their multiscreen platform Yelo and video-on-demand platform.
