• Defining global reward & recognition programs for retail, warehouse and office employees, including executives and senior management• Run key reward processes, such as annual salary increase round, short term incentives and long term incentives• Own and develop G-Star grading framework, including frequent market benchmark of related rewards framework• Own and develop company wide benefit plans, including mandatory Collective Labour Agreements• Run and execute global payrolls for retail, warehouse and office employees• Own, develop, improve and maintain HR systems and HR databases• Supporting CHRO and ExCo with the preparation of all HR related reports, Board of Advice reports and other materials• Partner with Manager Employee Experience and HR Business Partners (on a global level) to integrate and simplify performance and development processes• Monitor HR budgets & provide support to rest of the team, providing input to Finance for budgeting process• Manage the HR Operations team consisting payroll, 2 HR Officers and HRIS specialist.
