The aim of this study was to analyse the prospectivity of the Late Cenozoic Eridanos delta in the Southern North Sea by understanding and predicting the regional distribution of good quality reservoir-seal pairs and if/where they could be accessed by hydrocarbon charge.Responsibilities:• Successfully passed the Shell Assessed Internship and recruitment process.• Regional and detailed seismo-stratigraphic interpretation of sand-rich units, using facies and attribute analysis based on 3D seismic data and well log analysis.• Play based exploration.Achievements:• Defined a highly prospective area to further explore for oil and gas. • Project is recognized and shared as best practice within the sedimentological, geophysical and software development community.
