- Define and execute the regional channel marketing strategies - Develop and manage regional integrated go-to-market plan- Manage the Partner Program and drive channel growth- Plan and implement product launch channel campaigns and programs- Create and run (end-user) demand generation and channel sell-through/out programs- Initiate and manage online- and offline lead generation marketing campaigns - Enable the channel with and develop sales tools, marketing collateral, training, etc. - Develop and utilize dashboards for budget and ROI tracking of activities

Marketing and communications:- Produce annual marketing plans and support marketing communications on product and positioning- Produce business cases on online and offline product development- Initiate sponsor- and partnerships to expand product featuresService and Sales Concept Management:- Upscale customer experience and passenger satisfaction through research and close collaboration with Sales, E-commerce, Cabin Operations and In-flight Services departments- Analyze, optimize and compose on-board duty-free (inflight-sales) assortment- Initiate sales supporting activities such as crew incentives, pax offers, promotional videos, driving incremental on-board sales

- Manage, develop and improve on-board service product (F&B and entertainment) to optimize passenger satisfaction- Manage seasonal change of service products- Contract and tender management suppliers and distributors- Membert of customer service team, cabin interior committee, etc.
