Sustainability Manager, Supply Chain
Current-Lead the execution of supply chain sustainability initiatives, ensuring supplier compliance with social and environmental standards.-Develop and implement traceability processes across the supply chain, enhancing transparency and ensuring regulatory compliance.-Manage sustainability certifications and trademarked fibers (GOTS, OCS, RWS, RAS, Supima, Good Earth Cotton, Lenzing fibers, etc.) and verify product claims to meet stringent standards.-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability principles into day-to-day operations, aligning with corporate sustainability goals and regulatory requirements.-Lead supplier responsibility programs, driving continuous improvement in social and environmental performance, transparency, and traceability.-Coordinate social responsibility audits, corrective actions, and remediation efforts across Tier 1 & Tier 2 suppliers.-Develop and deploy training materials on sustainable product claims, verification, and marketing for internal teams.-Manage data collection and tracking for traceability and transparency initiatives, utilizing both internal systems and external platforms.-Conduct industry benchmarking and research on supply chain environmental issues, human rights, certification requirements, and regulatory compliance.-Contribute to ESG reporting framework requirements, focusing on sustainability claims, traceability, and supply chain due diligence.-Support the development of Everlane's annual Impact Report, life cycle assessment (LCA) studies, and greenhouse gas (GHG) measurement projects.
