After the experience developing the Match Centre I had the honour to be part of an experimental team to evaluate the shift of the Company to Agile methodologies. The team still exists and its goal is to develop and define the product the Company uses to meet the needs of his most important clients making use of Agile methodologies.I’m now the Scrum Master inside the team. As a team member I still work mostly on the front-end, developing from time to time on the server side using C# and its MVC framework. These years brought to me an incredible amount of experience not only about development but also about agile methodologies and team work.

Pawns & Tiles is a strategic game that I personally envisioned and coded. The game is similar to chess and the players have to reach a given goal before their opponent.Just like chess the game doesn't necessarily have a fast pace, so players may also be notified by email when it's their turn to play.The application is divided in two distinct layers:• the first layer (js client) is the one in charge of animating the game board and is the only interface used by the player. This layer validates every single player move and then sends it over to the server side.• the second layer (server) is in charge of re-validating every incoming data and store it on a database. The data stored by the server-side application can be used by the client to replay an old gameI’m thinking to move the second layer form PHP Yii to C# MVC.

Working in Javascript with new design pattern i defined part of a framework to deliver a user interface for the new Uefa.com Match centre.We used some html5 pattern, but we needed to grant a good back/cross-browsing compatbility.JSON it has been the choice to transport data between a complex server-client system.It has been a great, hard experience technically speaking.Good feelings with team-buddies :)
