I worked as a Network Technician for a government funded project called "Broad Technology Opportunities Program" whose goals were to enhance libraries’ public computing facilities, provide faster and better broadband computing access, improve public access to broadband services in underserved areas of the state of Alabama in order to bridge the “digital divide” between low-income rural areas and wealthy urban areas.
