CurrentTLDR; my role is to make my people happy so that they make my clients and influencers happy. 2022:1. Despite our rapid growth from a team of 15 in 2020 to a team of 50 by December 2021, our organization still operated without an HR department. Hiring responsibilities remained centralized with the CEO, and formal processes were yet to be established.2. I expressed to our CEO my passion of driving the workplace culture and my desire to lead the development of the People & Culture team at KOLs.Asia.3. Spearheaded the establishment of the HR department from the ground up, overseeing the implementation of processes and policies across the organization, and introducing HR Management Systems to streamline operations. Additionally, initiated the digitalization of certain HR functions.4. Led the creation and management of new divisions within the People & Culture function, including Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, People Management, Performance Management and Administrative division. 5. At the end of the year, we successfully scaled up the company to a team of 75 members.
