Project Management, Synthetic Equity • Worked on strategic product initiatives focusing on control and risk monitoring and optimizing operational processes for the synthetic equity trade support teams within global prime finance. Relationship Management, Global Prime Finance• Managed the firm’s top tier relationships within Global Prime Finance, consisting of hedge fund, institutional, and 40 Act relationships ranging from $1 billion to $50 billion. • Devised and implemented an innovative on-boarding process used by transition for new and organic clients. This seamless onboarding process enhanced new client satisfaction, reduced counter-party risk, and lead to revenue growth and market share from existing PB or Swap clients opening new swap accounts. • Coordinated internally with various sales, trading, securities lending, transition, legal, and risk teams across the globe to build and develop new startups and increase the breadth and depth of existing relationships via cross selling and up-selling.• Deeply involved in every aspect of the prime brokerage and synthetic equity swap business, from client on-boarding and product education, to day-to-day client maintenance, trade capture and confirmation, swap reset reconciliation and payment, corporate action processing and communication, and collateral and risk management to ensure the client’s needs and requirements are fulfilled.
