As the Director of Global Citizenship I oversee three areas of the JUMP! Foundation:JUMP! Impact - Our collaborative leadership programs for youth from marginalized communities. JUMP! Schools - Our on campus workshops that use experiential education that help students to foster leadership, global citizenship, community building, and personal development.Global Citizenship Centers - An initiative to help schools become leaders in Global Citizenship Education in their region by supporting teachers to develop curriculum links to the Sustainable Development Goals, and by helping students to run various advocacy events, fundraisers, and campaigns and other Global Citizenship initiatives.

As the JUMP! Impact Director, Michou work's with community-based partner organizations around the world to run youth leadership programs for youth from communities that have been underserved. In his role he manages partnerships, impact measurement, fundraising, grants and programs.

Working with the School of Global Studies to develop the next generation of Changemakers. Michou has worked on projects that foster the development of social innovation networks in Southeast Asia, building community around those passionate about social impact in Bangkok, and helping students to develop a blog focusing on youth and social impact.

At the JUMP! Foundation, Michou worked to design and implement experiential education programs for high school students that focused on themes such as: Community building, leadership, global citizenship, personal development, and service learning. Programs took place all throughout Southeast Asia as well as China and involved working with multiple stakeholders including students, educators, parents, local NGO's and other service providers. Michou also helped to develop JUMP!'s Leadership Conference, which brought design thinking to underserved youth populations in order to provide them with the tools to solve their community's challenges.

At BEAM, Michou worked on multiple aspects of the organization. While his primary role was teaching Social Studies of the American GED to migrant students from Myanmar, he also supported advocacy efforts to create a Non-Formal Education system that recognises the education of migrant students in both Thailand and Myanmar.
