Month end Closing Calculate and Enter Monthly WIP (Work In Process) Adjustment Audit Open Jobs & Supply Project Managers the Cost on their Jobs Reconcile all preloads, outside sheeting and warehouse inventory Enter all Journal Entries to offset the General Ledger Prepare and File Monthly Sales & Use Tax for Multiple StatesCredit Send applications to potential new Customers and enter after approval process Place accounts on hold in AR system and continue to manage accounts Manage Uniform Sales and Use Tax Certificate for all Customers Manage all payment terms, credit limits and contact info in systemBilling Generate invoices from calculating the Cost from job transactions & applying markup Check and manage all pricing against approved agreements Generate & Notarize AIA’s for Customers per required contracts Produce and/or Request W9 Forms, Tax Exempt, C.O.I to Customers and/or VendorsCash Application Scan all checks directly to Business Bank Account using digital check scanner Apply and balance all daily checks, ACH and wires received in bank Reconcile bank checks, debits for payroll, 401k, wires and bank chargesCollections Review Customer’s account receivables, send statements and contact Customers direct Work closely with Customers, Project Managers and Customer Service to resolve issues Implement payment plans directly with Customers when needed on past due accountsAccounts Payable Receive, Review and Enter All Vendor Invoices Direct to AP & Purchasing System Run & Review Weekly Aged Invoice Report and Print ChecksComputer Proficiencies MS Office 2016 ‐ Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access & Adobe Acrobat Accounting Systems ‐ Sage ERP Systems, QuickBooks Enterprise, T‐Sheets, Electric Boat SPARS E‐mail Systems ‐ Outlook, Novell GroupWise, Google & Yahoo
