As the SVP of Operations, I drew on my prior experiences in Finance, Project Management and Human Resources to lead, coach and re-engineer our Operational Excellence, Digital Marketing, and IT functions. I enjoyed working collaboratively across all departments to develop and align our strategic roadmaps and ensure efficiencies in our processes, organizational structure, service and delivery models and systems.

Working as VP of Finance I drove financial leadership through a passion for growth. I worked with an innovative team, that creates great products, providing our customers with dedicated service and value. I supported their initiatives with numbers, metrics and financial guidance for continued company success and goal attainment. I have an appreciation for evolving metric based decision making, bringing process improvement methodologies to Finance, while growing and mentoring a talented team of fun accounting professionals. I reached across the business during fast paced growth, managing business needs in payroll, benefits administration, employee relations as well as strategic Human Resource initiatives. Overseeing the Finance department I applied GAAP to SaaS, produced Financial Statements, presented financial information to our Board and Company, created forecasts, managed audit and corporate tax, prepared R&D credits and supported our continued global expansion.
