• Resourcing for Contract roles across various verticals including but not limited to: Lead, Senior, Junior Java Engineers, Fullstack Engineers, Angular Developers, iOS / Android Developers, Senior Data Engineers, DevOps / SREs, Tech BA / Functional BA, Senior QA / Automation Engineers, Splunk Engineers, SailPoint / IAM Engineers, Security Analysts• Managing the candidate experience and engaging with them throughout the Recruitment Fulfilment Cycle• Candidate Interview Preparation• Making Deals/Placements• Meeting candidates / runners face to face• Provide consultation for Candidates to allow them to make informed decision on job opportunities and insight on market trends.• Provide insight into the Value Propositions of Macquarie Bank, the hiring process, Perm vs Contract, EVPs and active feedback• Creating Talent Pools, getting referrals, leads• Using a variety of Sources to resource Talent• Modifying CVs for professionalism• Asking the hard questions and prepare for contingencies for potential roadblocks

• Recruitment of up to 180 short-term temporary staff for entertainment events. One of the largest clients of ours was IME Asia who are the biggest promoters of concerts and entertainment in Asia, whereby I worked with them for concerts/public events with some well-known artists such as Jay Chou, Seventeen, BlackPink, Jackie Chan, Taylor Swift and Justin Bieber. Roles sourced include: Bodyguards (with gun carry), Manpower (no weapons, mainly for adhoc duties such as crowd control, barricades, load duties with trellises and equipment, water), Ushers• Liaise with Emergency services including Fire, Police and Emergency personnel• Creation of Venue documentation• SOPs for Stadiums, Shopping Centres and other misc. event locations• Quotations for Security Manpower• Manpower and barricades Placement charts• IT and Software, PC Builds and maintenance• Event financial and feasibility reports• Company Profiles and Marketing

• Conducting Training courses at venues to teach various user bases how to: Use basic/advanced functionality of the product, Customise HTML dashboards, script in Delphi to modify user diaries and create reports, Streamline usage of the software product to increase efficiency• Support and troubleshooting for: Product installation and setup on client servers, IT issues: windows, networks, MICR cheque printing, Insolvency domain i.e. statutory reports: BAS, 524 and report generation, Design / Marketing / Manuals, Create marketing advertisement brochures and other materials for conferences, Design logo covers and formatting, Write and create product instruction manuals. These are used for Training purposes• Conferences: Manning the CORE IPS Stall at the yearly insolvency ARITA/IPA conference to provide sales/support for existing customers and prospective clients• MICR Cheques: Using APRA clear templates to create unique cheques using MICR printing technology for Deloitte, PWC, BDO, RSM and other independent various accounting/insolvency firms in Australia.• SQL Server is used for: Complex queries to pull data for report generation and troubleshooting, Creating Stored Procedures for setting up auto email notifications and modifying data, Setting up data import routines into the IPS application, Setting up the database for the IPS application• Scripting in: HTML, used for the IPS application dashboard, VB to create macros for Word files and data insertion, Delphi used with SQL to generate reports for users in the Insolvency domain.
