Commissioned by the PMO to help transition specific technology teams working on a variety of strategic projects, to ensure Scrum framework principles and practices are understood and employed. Acting as a pacesetter for Scrum theory and practices – promoting its value with business project sponsors, leading training workshops and actively coaching teams.

I led Sotheby’s Project Management Office (PMO) for all IT development projects, directing both execution of strategic initiatives as well as day-to-day product support. I also served as a key partner to senior management and as project manager on numerous strategic initiatives targeted at supporting the growing demand for trading opportunities in major online marketplaces. ✔ Transitioned Sotheby’s global IT development team from Waterfall to Agile methodology – creating four world-class teams, training five Scrum Masters and engaging with eight product owners. ✔ Drove $13M in annual savings by enhancing the post-sale client experience. ✔ Played a key role in boosting revenue by 60% over a three-year period bycentralizing client data into a single repository, improving marketing strategies and promoting increased customer loyalty.
