- Providing work and support through the whole process of the project, including design solutions, implementation, testing and maintenance- Interface with sales and FAE team for matching customer requirements- Delivering high support to Quectel global customers

- Project management and technical support for sales activities in Serbia, Bosnia, Croatia,Montenegro, Slovenia, Hungary, Czech Republic, Austria, Poland, Slovakia an d other EUcountries on request- Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget- Coordinating internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects- Developing a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress- Managing the relationship with the client and all stakeholders- Daily contact with ZTE R&D team in China providing all necessary data, logs, supporting insolution development for possible issues found- Meeting with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of eachproject- Performing product demos to customers- Writing customization requirements and ensuring that everything is fulfilled- Writing test cases and test scenarios- Cooperating with customers in the whole region: Serbia VIP, MTS and Telenor; Bosnia Mtel,BH Telecom; Montenegro Telenor, Mtel; Austria Hutchison , A1 ; Czech Republic Vodafone ,O2 ; Hungary Telenor, Vodafone , T mobile , Slovakia Orange, O2, Swan, etc.

- Technical support for sales activities in Serbia, Bosnia, Croatia, Montenegro,Slovenia, Hungary, Czech Republic, Austria, Poland, Slovakia and other EUcountries on request- Devising, performing and analyzing quality assurance tests on ZTE mobiledevices prior to their implementation to mobile networks- Smart phones and modems software testing, checking their performance inspecific mobile network enviroments, finding out/solving potential issuesbefore their final introduction to local carrier networks- Daily communication with the MNOs, creating requirments list- Daily contact with ZTE R&D team in China – providing all necessary data,logs, supporting in solution development for possible issues found.- Ensuring that all customization requirements are fulfilled - Performing tests in both: labs and in the fields- Cooperation with customers in the whole region: Serbia- VIP, MTS andTelenor; Bosnia- Mtel, BH Telecom; Montenegro-Telenor, Mtel; Austria-Hutchison; Czech Republic- Vodafone; Hungary- Telenor, Vodafone andOrange, Poland, Slovakia etc.
