• Managing and coordinating a team of 7 testers• Creation of Daily Test Reports• Reporting of Testing Progress on weekly calls with the client• Test planning and execution• Creation of Weekly Performance Reports based on telemetry data from PowerBI dashboards• Creation of Test Collateral based on the Client’s needs• Creation of Test Tasks and Test Cases based on User Stories and Feature Documentation• Assisting the Test Lead by preparing various hardware configuration orders required for full test coverage• Setting up hardware for full test coverage on a variety of platforms (Windows 10, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Nintendo Switch, Playstation 4)• Supervising daily Functional Testing, Test Pass completion and bug quality assurance• Supervising preliminary Certification Tests for various platforms (Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Playstation 4)• Providing guidance and support within the assigned test areas (Stability, Performance, Rendering Engine)• Creation of Test Documentation• Onboarding of newly hired Testers

• Conducting Functional, Exploratory and Destructive Tests of the product on a variety of platforms (Windows 10, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, Android, iOS, Windows Phone, Amazon Kindle, Samsung GearVR, Oculus Rift)• Designing and executing Test Cases and Test Scenarios• Reporting bugs• Retesting of fixed issues• Creation of guides and tutorials for new team members• Training and mentoring new team members • Assisting the Software Test Engineer with Test Collateral creation.
