Engaged to research Artificial Intelligence and Image Processing and, subsequently, to teach Multimedia Technology and Human Computer Interaction. Duties included: - researching artificial intelligence, image processing and subsequently writing technical reports for publication in academic journals and conferences; - module-leader for under/postgraduate Multimedia Technology modules; - teaching in subject areas such as visual basic, Adobe Flash, digital image/video processing, human computer interaction, Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint; - constructing and compiling moderated test papers; - assessing and supervising student project work. Successfully collaborated with the School of Psychology at the University of Wolverhampton and The Artificial Intelligence Research Group at the University of Malaga. I published widely in academic conferences and journals; these publications formed part of the University’s submission for research funding in the Research Assessment Exercise (RAE).
