-Originally based in Cairo/Egypt, for the initial three months starting July 2011-Transferred to Dubai in September 2011 and remotely managed Egypt, Qatar, Das Island and Tanzania on a daily basis, while roving the other regions.-Visit all sites on a regular basis to carry out internal audits and correct any procedural discrepancies.-Temporarily based in Muscat/Oman from August 2012 until March 2013. Restructured the yard layout and implemented Speedy structures and policies to meet ISO, 9001, 14001 and 18001.-Returned to Dubai in April 2013 and commuted to Abu Dhabi on a daily basis to supervise four on site Speedy facilities as well as external customers in surrounding areas. -Coordinate daily operations of these multiple onsite Speedy facilities in the Abu Dhabi region.-Coordinate daily operations and servicing of Speedy equipment for external clients in the Abu Dhabi region.-Carry out equipment inspections on all sites to ensure quality is kept at a maximum quality level.-Liaise with both on site project clients and external clients in all regions.-Supervision and cross checking of administration paperwork, documentation and parts inventory.-Carry out monthly HSE audits to ensure high quality standards are maintained.

Malaysia/ Singapore

-Supervised the construction of the satellite workshop in the free-zone area of Kemaman, Malaysia.-Overall supervision of daily operations in various satellite branches across Malaysia.-Coordinate and mobilise staff from the Coates Hire Indonesia sector, to Malaysia & Singapore for servicing & repairs.-Procure spare parts for equipment as required.-Inspect all equipment on a periodical basis, in transit at the Coates Offshore storage area in Singapore.-Monitor and renew as required, all equipment Offshore/Rig Safe/Zone II certification.-Customer liaison.

East Kalimantan Province, Indonesia

-Overall supervision of staff for fabrication, construction, administration and stores.-Onsite mine support (Fabrication & Construction)-Coordinate rental equipment service schedules.-Procure preferred suppliers for purchasing all building materials & spare parts.-Prepare cost estimations, quotations for all projects.-Customer liaison. -Accounts/Debtors control.

East Kalimantan Province, Indonesia

-Direct supervision of four rental outlets in the province of East Kalimantan.-Coordinate daily operations of satellite branch on the Batu Hijau Project in Sumbawa.-Coordinated construction of satellite branch at Sumatra (Musi) & co-ordinate daily operations.-Prepared budget forecast for all outlets as mentioned above.-Co-ordinate and prepare strategic marketing plan for all areas in East Kalimantan.-Customer liaison at all regions listed above.-Control Key Account customers’ debtor collections for all regions listed above.

-Coordinate overall daily operational & management requirements.-Coordinate workshop activities and assist with mechanical duties as required.-Coordinate daily equipment orders, deliveries and collections.-Coordinate scaffold team for deliveries-Control petty cash and equipment asset register.-Supervise, prioritise and coordinate workshop activities.-Supervise general welding and fabrication duties carried out.-Customer liaison. -Produce monthly invoices, and coordinate timely delivery.
