Dell and HP to ensure global warranty service in the Americas• Acquired Memorex Telex LATAM and DG LATAM from EMC• Acquired TPM companies in Peru, Chile, and Mexico• Open 27 Direct Comlasa subsidiaries in the Region. The UPS acquisition of Comlasa allowed UPS to operate in LATAM and the business has successfully expanded ever since.
