Arcadis has now established a dedicated Project management Office in the Orchestration lane of the Oracle & Enterprise Applications Tower within Tech. The aim is to deliver consistently high quality project and program management that will empower fellow Arcadians to deliver high value services and solutions to our clients.In this role I am responsible for overseeing Project management operations and coordinating teams across the globe to ensure that work is completed on time, within budget and to a consistently high standard.

I lead multi-disciplinary IT Projects as the main PM or as a technical PM supporting the business. I aim to continually deliver projects on time, meeting cost and quality objectives delivering the agreed scope and desired business outcomes.My enhanced skillset includes the ability to manage global multi-disciplinary teams inclusive of external contractors and suppliers.I have had the privilege of acting as Senior PM on a multitude of global, highly visible large scale projects.Multi-tasking, escalation management, able to manage multiple requirements across all regions, on time and on budgetI manage several simultaneous projects and maintain (or support the maintenance of) the IT Dept project portfolio and resource schedules in addition to the preparation of project Business Cases.I provide analysis and research to build cases for project ideas generated or sponsored by IT and others. I deal with issues and risks in a professional manner whilst keeping all parties adequately appraised of project progress.I manage the Project scope, schedule, quality and budget, whilst maintaining change, risk and issue control to adjust these during project lifetime in order to ensure that projects meet key stakeholder expectations for all these elements.I am able to support optimum communication and clarity of scope, roles, responsibilities etc via the production of high quality project collateral to support project delivery from both waterfall and agile perspectives.I ensure projects have adequate resources to be delivered and take into account potential limits to resource availability when creating realistic plans. I aim to resolve issues promptly, and take action where these deviate from agreed tolerances. I manage risk across multiple projects, ensuring ownership, and ensure mitigation plans are both adequate and implemented.When required I manage M&A activity and prepare policies, portfolio and project reports as appropriate.
