I am a serial entrepreneur with a proven track record of driving start-up companies from concept through to profit. My entrepreneurial journey started by selling flowers on the side of the road in Kurri Kurri at 8 years old. At 23, I successfully built and launched a full commercial laundromat, securing 90% of underground mines throughout the Hunter Valley. At 27, I commercialised an innovative channel to market safety equipment for Global Innovator 3M. Now as the CEO & Founder of Grub Lab, I am continuing to revolutionise kids' entertainment in the foodservice sector. At The Village Co, my passion and drive is to help as many businesses as possible to grow and survive by developing platforms and technology to allow collaboration and access to resources/ tech that would normally be out of reach due to resource restraints. In 2016, The Village Co opened its doors to deliver radical new solutions that disrupt the foodservice industry by transforming the way the Australian hospitality sector accesses the latest technological trends for kid's entertainment. Using augmented reality technology, our kids entertainment brand, Grub Lab, delivers the next generation of kid's activity packs and activations, specifically designed for the hospitality industry.
