Work Experience and Responsibilitiesa) Keep good communicate with customer sourcing and SQE team, provide best service to contents needs.b) Quote for New parts, negotiate business matters with KA and new customer.c) Technical communicate, coordinate and support new projects development in our factory located Shanxi province.d) Coordinate and help headquarter to do self-audit and prepare all material for TPG(transportation and power generation accreditation) casting, HT, MT, RT audit form PRI and process, product and SRG audit from customer.e) If purchase form out source, Training supplier for specifications, documents and manuals. Perform the technical visit and assessment on potential supplier. On-site audit, follow up improvement, corrective actions and schedule controlled.f) Participate with exhibition in domestic and abroad to expanding company business.

Work Experience and Responsibilitiesa) Drawings and specifications review to make sure we can fully satisfy customer requirement.b) Casting Process simulating for iron casting by Novacast software.c) Lay down sand casting process parameters, like choose casting process, design gating system, mould, fixture and tooling, select equipment and material, built a prototype of casting. Final verification performance.d) Sometimes, Design mould structure and establish 3D mold, generating CAM code by UG to machining mould or fixture etc.e) Draw up development plan, conduct and drive the time schedule to make sure completed as planed.f) Training foundry operator, supervising them is strictly followed by work instruction and relevant requirements or not. g) Solve the casting quality issue, continuous improving process and optimal operation to reducing defective rate.h) Developing and introducing new technology to improving casting quality, increasing productivity and reduce cost.i) Organizing APQP and PPAP meeting and establishing PFD, work instruction, control plan, PFEMA and related paperwork.
