An experienced manager dedicated to the delivery of projects and services to the petrochemical and renewable industries.For the last 7 years I’ve been working for Siemens, starting as the site manager for the Greater Gabbard Offshore Wind Farm, at the time the largest offshore wind farm in the world with 140 turbines. I later moved on to support other areas of the business requiring operational insight and experience.I enjoy developing solutions and have helped improve the company’s operational delivery through managing the introduction of various performance improvement tools. Tools used for tracking service delivery against agreed KPI’s and for the modelling of resource requirements to deliver a contracted scope.Operational experience in the offshore environment has enabled me to support the company with the delivery of other key projects including the introduction of Primavera P6 as a global planning solution.
