2006-2012 Led project development efforts in support of HR and related functions including payroll, time and attendance, learning management, benefits, and various reporting support. 1999-2006 Led project development efforts in support of merchandising functions and customer/member management. 1994-1999 Led IT efforts in support of WM's initial markets in Canada, Asia, Mexico, and South America. 1992-1994 Led project development efforts in support of Distribution and Logistics.

Joined Jones as Director of IT to "turn around" their IT department. I was successful in that regard and was promoted multiple times and was eventually responsible for IT, HR, and home office administration.
