Managed Ability Links NSW contract and a state-wide program which consisted of 65 linkers (service providers). Supported people with disabilities from CALD communities, refugees and asylum seekers access natural non-funded support. Managed all aspects relating to program development and delivery including; reviewing and reporting effectiveness. Acted as an Operations Manager where required which included managing all strategic, operational and leadership activities.

Wollongong, Townsville

Managed all human, financial and physical resources to support the provision of services to people with disability and children in care throughout NSW and QLD, including Cape York. Inspired, trained and managed a team of 40 support workers including establishing job descriptions and distributing workload. Designed models of support, person-centred programs and culturally appropriate services.
