Delivering initial training and continuous professional development to police trainees and serving officers. Also working as a coach within the Yorkshire Accord Mentoring and Coaching scheme.

Accountable for operations and the manufacturing of intelligent security solutions across the group’s two principal sites with specific responsibility for production and quality control. With a strong background in the training sector, I also took steps to develop and add structure to the continuous professional development of all within this diverse and dynamic team.

My training portfolio included the delivery of continuous professional development for Regular Police Officers, initial training of Police Community Support Officers and standard search training for both trainees and qualified officers. In this role I also led on the redesign and restructuring of leadership and management training for newly promoted personnel.

Principal director of a team of 30 specialist personnel, operating throughout the UK and Germany, developed to deliver a bespoke training solution for the army’s primary command and control planning application to a range of internal and external customers across the spectrum of MOD collective training events and officer career courses.

Operations manager of a specialist support group (250 personnel) providing both engineering and administrative support to a MOD communications organisation and its external customers. Developed, trained and subsequently deployed with an operations team with direct responsibility for the security of UK armed forces installations and personnel within Kabul, Afghanistan.
